Seeing the super rate change unexpectedly when you haven’t changed anything would make you stop and check it. A good first thing to check is the calculation basis set for the super category and make sure it’s on Minimum Required Rate. You can also check the help link on how to review that setting. If that setting is already correct and the super is still calculating at 10%, the safest next step is to reach out to our team so they can check what’s changed in the file. They may ask for a screenshot of your Super Guarantee category setup and any related payroll settings so they can see where that rate is being pulled from. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
