Superannuation Fund given is SunSuper but should be Aust Retirement Trust

Hello

 

I had a employee start at the start of February and told me they are with SunSuper.  I put SunSuper in their card and processed 3 weeks of pay.  I received his member number at the end of month.  When I went into pay the monthly super, Sunsuper merged with Australian Retirement Trust.

 

What do I have to do to process this superannuation for the month and do I have to delete or reverse all the pays as SunSuper is on his pay advices.  Or will it all just transfer over smoothly to the Aust Retirement Trust as long as I have changed in their card.

    My apologies for the late response. If you've received a refund from Sunsuper, you'll need to reverse and then reprocess it. However, if there's no refund, you should contact the super fund to confirm whether the funds were transferred to the new SF.
