Superannuation not processing

We have a staff member who's superannuation will not process.

We receive a message stating fund no longer receiving (see attachment)

Checked "Super Fund Lookup" using ABN and can see no contribution restrictions.

Have confirmed with employee details are correct.

    The error you're encountering with the superannuation not processing can occur when the super fund or SMSF created in MYOB is corrupted. No worries, though—it's a quick fix! Just go to Lists > Superannuation, rename the current fund, and then create a new one with the same details. Link this new fund to the employee's card and process the pay super. With the new fund in place, you should be good to go and process those super contributions without any issues.
