superannuation paymeht

Hi ,   I am new to MYOB.   Just checking, if the superannuation payment status is still "processing", how long does it take to actually clear the funds ?   And in one superannution payment batc...

    Hi 

     

    I had this issue last month.

    You should have received some $ back in your bank. MYOB is not going to advice you.

    You will have to find which employee the contribution relate to.

     

    My advice do not issue MYOB to pay the superannuation. 

     

    If you pay the superannuation directly to Superstream. ATO will advice in the website if the contribution is not done. if the USI or funds information are not correct.
