Thank you for your post. The first step for troubleshooting is to identify where the error occurred. If you cannot see that it was processed twice through AccountRight, we need to check if it's an error with the bank or with the Pay Super service.
On your bank statement do they have the same account that it is being deducted from? Have you spoken to the bank about the source of the additional charge?
If you are unable to identify another cause for the amount, then to investigate further could you send me the following details in a Private Message:
- Serial Number
- Account Name
- Screenshot of the bank statement showing the additional charge
