Superannuation payment still showing as processing payment

Hi,   We authorised a PaySuper amount on the 1st of July. Bank was debited the same day. It is now the 8th of July and still showing as processing payment and has not hit employees super accounts...

Hi 
If super was processed on 1st July, you should have received a completed status for the super payment today
Please respond if this is not the case

As at 2.22pm 08.07 still showing as "processing payment". I am not in the office again until the 13th of July so unable to check until then.
