I am trying to process super through Pay Super and it comes up with a self-managed super fund as ABN is invalid when trying to record. No details have changed.
I have checked the ABN is still active and have also recreated the Super Fund and tried to process again with no luck.
Where do I go from here?

I'm sorry to learn that you're encountering issues with paying SMSF. In this situation, the first thing I recommend is to check the details with the Australian Business Register, or you may use this link to look up the ABN. But it sounds like you have already done this.
Generally, if the SMSF details are all valid and correct, this error means that superfund details are being corrupted in the system. Could you please confirm if you've added a special character or if you've used a different name by adding a number or letter to the end of its name when you recreated the super fund? If not, could you please re-create the SMSF and try recording the Pay Superannuation again? Ensure that you've added a character (e.g., NEW) at the end of the Super fund name.

Yes, I have added a new character at the end when re-creating the super fund. I have followed the instructions to the t and it has not resolved the issue.
