This error message generally appears if a fund has possibly changed/redirected or merged with another fund.
With that said, you can check here for known fund changes/closures by cross checking the super fund details on that link with the details you have entered into the software. If you cannot find a specific super fund on that link, you can also check super fund details by using the ATO lookup here.
Once the new super fund details have been confirmed, you will need to change the super fund details in the software by clicking Lists>>Superannuation Fund List. Once this is done, link the updated fund to the employee.
