I know month-end recon’s a pain when super’s stuck in Processing. It usually takes around five business days for superannuation payments to be authorised, processed and received by super funds. However, delays can occur (such as payments being rejected due to data errors), so we recommend allowing up to 10 business days for your payment to process. You can check this article about super payments for more detail. If it hasn't been completed after 10 business days, give our team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA so that we can check this on our end.
