I started using the MYOB to pay for the superannuation and I realized that once the payment is debited from the bank account, I don't have any communication from the clearing house.
Working previously with a small clearing house, the communication was great: emailed they received my payment for the full amount, emailed they matched the payments successfully. Unsuccessful payments were communicated promptly.
Can we expect this type of setup in the near future?
I discovered by calling MYOB support line (waiting 1h20mn) that we will get an email only if the funds are unsuccessful! The system needs to improve, thank you.
