Superstream Refunds

Hi

 

I have had several refunds from the Super paid over the last couple of months, I need to ascertain as to which employee these are for, they have just been deposited to the bank account.

 

I have spoken to the Super fund and they say as it gets paid via Superstream (MYOB) they should be advising us.

 

A few months ago this also happened and MYOB assisted with the information, I have contacted MYOB this morning and after half an hour they said they could not adivse of this information.

 

So can anyone advise of how I can be certain as to which employees these refunds are for !!!

    Please send me your product serial number, ABN, date of payment and amount refunded by Private Message, and we can check if we have the details of the refund.
