I’ve walked through the same steps you described and was able to report the pay run to the ATO successfully on my side. If it’s still not letting you submit, it’s likely tied to a current incident affecting AccountRight services that we’ve posted on our Status Hub. Make sure to check link for real time updates. If you’re still unable to submit the pay run after the incident has been resolved, you can contact our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account.
