Termination Date and pay processed date
I have an employee who resigned - last working day the 1st of the month.
Payroll process on the 5th of the same month.
So my question is - employee card and the STP ATO Notification both ask for termination date which date do I use.
Personally I would say the 1st that is the last working day, but just a bit unsure seeing as I process the pays a few days later.

Yes, generally speaking - the termination date will be the last day worked.
