It can be frustrating to encounter a problem after years of smooth usage with MYOB. No worries, I'm here to assist you. Regarding your concern, 'Preferences' is worth checking. To check it, go to Setup > Preferences > System. I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.

We are already setup like that. I have deferred this problem to someone outside our business now who knows MYOB and who we can talk too. It's very frustrating having to try and solve an issue via this avenue
