Thanks for the screenshot. I’ve successfully run a script to fix your file. You should now be able to mark the employee card as inactive without encountering any errors. If you encounter the same issue in the future make sure to reach out to our support team directly. Hi Shella,
I've just tested both the desktop and web versions and the issue still remains. With online, I can mark it inactive, then hit save, but then it doesn't register the change because when I try to leave the screen, a pop-up asks if I want to save the changes. I hit save and it just repeats the cycle not letting me leave the card.
