Hi BPA,
The diagnostic log you've provided is from the 2021-11-09 09:45:59, could you please reproduce the error and then locate the most up-to-date log? If you are unable to locate this, could you please advise if your file is online or local?
Hi Sam,
That was the only Diagnositc file we could find sorry.
It actually doesn't come up with an error. We can enter the payrun as normal and check it on Verification Report. Then when we press Record pays it goes to the usual screen whcih shows you how many pays have been recorded and the value of the payrun, however the totals are all zero.
Our files are all local but I can put it online for you if that will helps.
Regards
Andrea
Hi Andrea BPA,
Thank you for checking and letting me know.
The symptoms you're describing match a known issue that can be resolved using a hotfix tool. Please follow the steps below and let me know how you go:
We recommend taking a backup of the file before running the below tool
1. Download the appropriate hotfix tool file:
AccountRight 2020.1 and earlier
2. Locate the dowload and extract the contents of the zip file to the desktop (Right-click>Extract all)
3. Right click the AccountRight_Hotfix.exe application and choose Run as Administrator
4. Once opened, click Browse to locate and select your company file
5. Tick the 'I have a backup of this file' box and apply the fix.
Please note that If you are using the Silent Installer, you'll need to install Microsoft SQL Server Compact in order to run the hotfix tool. If SQL server is not installed on the computer, then you will receive an Unhandled exception error when running the hotfix
