Undo FY2020 & 21 STP finalisation

    Hi SelinaC 

     

    Thanks for your post. Only the previous and current payroll years are available in the Payroll reporting centre>>EOFY finalisation tab. To amend finalisations for a prior year you will need to contact the ATO.

     

    Payment summaries are still available in AccountRight. To open the Prepare payment summaries function click on Command Centres in the top menu bar>>Payroll>>Prepare payment summaries.

I currently have a very similar issue and got in contact with the ATO.  They advised me that my software provider should allow access to the prior year so that I can make the correction.

 

If not, for the ATO to do the correction they have a service standard of 56 days.  

 

I have contacted your payroll support team today and waited 5 hours to get to your specialist Payroll team only for them to hang up on me and while getting further advice.

 

Please advise of a more time effective solution.

    As advised previously only the current (2022-23) and immediately prior (2021-22) financial years are available in the Payroll reporting centre>>EOFY finalisation tab. Amendments for earlier years will need to be lodged through the ATO.
