We dont want use the onboarding payroll function of MYOB. please advice how we can stop emails going to staff. We have separate software for this task & our team are getting confused.
JessRoots I had the same issue, go to payroll settings and there is a drop down box in employee onboarding that you need to change to Optional, ask me every time. Hope this helps.

Hi cathywest - thanks for your question.
When you create a new employee in AccountRight, if you don't want to send the self-onboarding email, just click Enter details manually.
You can then enter all the employee's details yourself.
