URGENT - INVALID Confirmation Code is Invalid
I keep getting message when I log into MYOB Payroll 2022.1
"The confirmation code is invalid. Please contact MYOB Customer Service or use another method for confirming your Payroll data file"
I have tried the advice given on your website and it still does not work. eg Run as Administrator etc, it is incompatible, as I am on Windows 11 Home, 64b bit - it use to work previously and now it is not compatible for the last couple of months. The options given is only up to Windows 8, which is very strange for MYOB?
Can someone please contact me ASAP on my mobile 021 109 ..... so I can get this sorted please.
