Hey Seacat,
You’ve got a tricky combo on your plate. You can process both in the same pay. In Process Payroll add a separate Annual Leave line and pay it at the employee’s ordinary base rate. Override the rate on that leave line if it pulls the comp rate. Keep Workers Compensation as its own wages category for the insurer amount. Make sure to also check out this link for more info.
