Yes, I did resolve this and I feel rather silly not working it out before posting.
The payslip in question was in another financial year so I had to go into that years data file.
I am guessing that was why you questioned the date?

I questioned the date because YTD values are reset once the payroll year has rolled over, so I just wanted to check if that may have been the cause, however, great to hear you resolved that one.
