Full access user can not create a new account

I have a user that can not create a new account.  Their profile is exactly the same as another user both with full access to everything.  One user can create a new account, the other can not.  I have...

Hi Debslee,

 

Even though the affected user has full access, I recommend double-checking their assigned roles in the Manage Roles settings to ensure they've permission to edit and create accounts. Manage users has detailed information to assist you with this.

 

If the issue persists, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can further look into it.
