I'm sorry to hear that your client is experiencing the "Invalid ABN" error message while trying to set up BAS. The best way to resolve this is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They can take a closer look at your client's account and work on resolving the issue for you.
