Need to get account right license file. Cannot confirm company file

Can someone please help me to get a license file for account right, I cannot confirm my file as it has not been used for over 30 days.   Thank You MarHeg

    Thank you for the post. I understand the challenge you are facing in confirming your company file, and I'll be happy to help you. To further assist you, please send me a private message containing the following:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business name
    • Company file ID
    • Build number

     

    You can find the company file ID and the build number by going to Help>>About MYOB AccountRight.
