Thanks for letting us know. I can see why you'd think this could be related to the BAS issue you've been having as well. To get this checked properly, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can review the error on your file and confirm what's causing it. It’ll help if you include the exact error message you received when trying to file the NZ GST return.
