There are a couple of possible reasons why you can't edit transactions. To find out what the cause of it I suggest checking if the "Transaction can't be changed" option is unticked. See this link for the detailed steps. And if you’re using an online file check if the issue persists in the web browser version of MYOB. If these workarounds don't resolve the issue, it's best to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can provide the assistance you need to help with the issue.
