Users would like the ability to send quotes online, with an accept/decline button for their customers to select.

It would seem that this should be standard in any accounting software. I have a new client who asked that same question. I am surprised that this is not built in as standard functionality.
yes but would also like the option to send reminders much like overdue invoices that the quote is going to expire in X amount of days etc to encourage customers to proceed.
