Bank feed says cancelled but i cannot add again through CBA

We have two credit cards that are reading as cancelled in MYOB but when we try to reconnect CBA says they are still connected and we cant select to connect??

    It sounds like you're trying to get your credit card back in sync with MYOB, right? No problem at all! Could you share the last four digits of your credit card number? This will help us take a peek at what's happening on our end. Just to clarify, the details we're seeing here are related to bank feeds and bank accounts, not credit cards. So, your extra info will really help us sort this out.

        Thanks for providing the last four digits of the credit cards. We also like to ask a screenshot of your bank feeds where we can see the credit cards ending in 1005 and 1028 and their status. Make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum. Lastly, please confirm the last four digits of your serial number.
