Decimal places

Hi. We are having problem invoicing with the unit price item going out to 6 decimal places. The inventory item is not setup to sell with that many decimal places and as we do month invoices this issue didn't occur in the month of October.  Below is an example. MYOB Billing.JPG

  • Hi Michelle70AQA,

Thanks for your post. I would like to extend to you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. We are sorry that you are having difficulties when invoicing due to the unit price showing 6 decimal places. We appreciate your patience during this time.

On this matter, I would recommend taking a look at this post on Unit price showing 6 Decimal places, which outlines how to add the EX PRICE 2 or INC PRICE 2 columns to your item invoice table on the customize form. These fields limit the unit price to be 2 decimal places.
