Hi RichD,
I appreciate your asking for clarification. Those descriptions are not literally showing incorrectly. In the user access settings of AccountRight, a description pops up when you move your cursor over an "i" icon. This description remains the same for all permissions until you move your cursor over another "i" icon. The description will only change if the next one is not the same as the one before.
Feel free to post again anytime you require further assistance.

Please refer to attached image. I'm confident that 'incorrect' is a fair & reasonable description. You can call it what you like though :-).

I appreciate you sharing the image. I noticed the descriptions on your system don't align with what you expected, and you've labeled them as 'incorrect'. It may not be the exact wording you were hoping for, but it does show a connection between them. I'll continue to examine it closely and see if there are any discrepancies. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Sorry, but this is WRONG!
The description 'Enter interest and fees...' belongs to the permission 'Bank Entry/Deposit Adjustment'. However, it will display against EVERY permission (eg 'Count Inventory' as per image in my previous post). And the description will continue to display (incorrectly) against every other permission until another 'i' icon is moused over. Then it will use that description for every permission. I've covered this above already. It's inorrect, there's no connection between them.
I don't need any further response from MYOB becuase, as I said, it's a minor issue which I'm going to ignore. I just wanted to record it so MYOB was aware & to help others.
