MYOB 2023.3 Not responding & not opening any company files

Question

Hi Guys,&nbsp;It seems MYOB has done an update overnight and now wont let me access any of my company files.&nbsp;It just keeps freezing, not responding and then eventually timing out.&nbsp; I'm not able to do anything with any of the various company files that I'm working on.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please advise a solution ASAP.&nbsp;

Hi there,&nbsp;&nbsp;I think it is likely that you are having an Invalid Finger Print Error. We contacted MYOB and they tell us to download this hotfix tool:&nbsp;http://download.myob.com/au/AccountRight/AccountRightHotFix/Data%20Hotfix%20-%20Invalid%20Fingerprint%20error%20-%20AccountRight%202020.2.zip?_ga=2.13484919.1384122869.1681699526-2002326869.1679969355&nbsp;Put the infected file in there it it should work.&nbsp;&nbsp;Cheers.&nbsp;

I have tried to download the&nbsp;http://download.myob.com/au/AccountRight/AccountRightHotFix/Data%20Hotfix%20-%20Invalid%20Fingerprint%20error%20-%20AccountRight%202020.2.zip?_ga=2.181161698.454450063.1683075378-566095811.1681776576 but says it invalid?
