change email address for the business

we have 3 users with their own email addresses, but I want the users when sending remittances, invoice payslips ect and authentication requests to be all sent through our main business address and not through the individual email address.  I can seem to find how to do this.  can you please advise

    Hi VineyPlumbing 


    If the users are using their own email addresses for logging in, the authentication codes would be sent to their email addresses and not the business email address. If you want all the requests going to one email address, the users will need to login to the files with that email address only and not with their own.
