My accountant has put himself down as owner ( in terms of user acess) How do I remove this ? I am no longer using this accountant but they would have access.

I'm sorry to hear that and thanks for the detailed information. If you are not the primary contact on the account we are unable to directly update the AccountRight Live Ownership.
If that is required you would need to get a previous AccountRight Live Owner/the primary contact to contact us to arrange for that. Alternatively, the current primary contact can log into their my.MYOB account and select My Account>>My Details>>Update primary contact to update that information.

Hi, one of your other helpers said that it had been removed. Sorry to say that this is not the case he is still listed as an owner with full acess . Hopefully you can help ?
