Duplicating part numbers on Web version

Hi there, 

 

I am currently in the process of converting every item that has not been set up with "I inventory this item"

To do this, I am duplicating the part number on the web and making the old one inactive. 

 

BUT

 

Whilst a majority don't give me any issues, some will not do it. See screenshot below. 

they are all set up the same. The info is all the same, but I can not do it. 

 

ALSO

 

We have multiple price points in selling, but the web version does not. Therefore it is not updating all the price points

    Hi SID1,

    Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. This is a well-known issue that we are aware of. The current workaround for this is to adjust the selling price in the AccountRight deskop, which should then be reflected in the browser version.
