First payroll is not processing

 

This is extremely urgent please - I've tried several times processsing payroll and it zeros out. 

 

Can you please urgently help out and we can process payroll today.

    Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight), I will run a script over the file to resolve this for you. 

     

    Please do sign out of the file in the meantime.

    We have the same issue. Could you please help to run a script over our file and sovle the problem, so that we can process payroll today. it's very urgent!
