MYOB Clearing House delay

Question

&nbsp;Hi&nbsp;MYOB Clearing House has been holding onto our employees superannuation payments for 8 business days since the payment was direct debited from our bank account.&nbsp;I phoned MYOB and was advised 'there are alot of people paying superannuation'&nbsp; so there's a delay.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;It would be appreciated if I could have a further explaination as to the delay as I suspect what I was advised is not accurate.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
