Myob Team

Hello Myob,

 

Can you please confirm whether I can interchange betweeing using Myob Kiosk on ipad and Myob Team on mobile app?  

 

Previous post reply has said that I need to set up a separate "mobile" location.  

 

Can employees be allocated to multiple locations?

 

I'm an approving manager currently but unable to approve any timesheets via Myob Team mobile app, even my own.  So unsure how this will work or does it need to be setup from the start?

    Hi BalmoralPnC 


    Employees can be allocated to multiple locations. Please create multiple locations in the Locations tab and that should allow you to add and invite employees to that location.


    With regards to your first question, can you please clarify what you're exactly referring to ? If you're referring to  capture method, You can only  have  one capture  method for all locations.  This  includes  setting up additional  locations after the set up of the MYOB Team app.
