Pay Superannuation SMS Authorisation Code Not Received

I have not received the SMS code to authorise the superannuation payment.  I requested code at 11.30am and I'm still waiting.  I can't just leave the screen open for hours I need to do other work.  Is there a problem with the system?

      No I never received a SMS code but I phoned Support and they gave me a code so that I could pay the superannuation.
