PaySlips - default form can not be found error message

I have just processed our weekly pays and found that I could not email payslips to employees.

An error message has popped up , please see attached.

Assistance required!!!

    Hi Helen17 

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    This error message is generally resolved by confirming the file. Can you please try confirming your company file by going to Help--> Confirm Company file and check if you are then able to email the payslips. 

     

    Please let us know how you go with that.

        Hi Helen17 

         

        In that case, can you please send me a Private Message  with your serial number and I will check if there is something else causing it.
