Payroll Onboarding Information Disappeared

I sent a Payroll Onboarding request to a staff member. They completed and sent the info back although I have no records for the employee, and naturally, they are very concerned about the privacy of their information and where it has gone. I have checked pending invites and there is nothing there. Does not even indicate that it has been sent. Help please.

    Hi Abbwell 

    Sometimes, there can be a delay in syncing those records to the company file. Please give it about 48 hours and if the employee card still doesn't show, let us know so we can investigate further.
