Personal Leave paid is not reducing the hours accrued

Hi All,

 

I have an employee with personal leave accued, when i pay him for the time off he has taken, the hours he has accrued are not reducing.

He has now used up all his Personal leave and has chosen to have the remaining personal leave off without pay.

 

When I enter the total hours into the hours section of the portal a Triagle with an exclamation mark appears, when click on it displays a zero balance and tells me he will have a negative value.

I forgot to set up his sick leave accual at the begining of his full time contract, so setup and entered the hours into the 'balance adjustmet' before the last pay period. Photo attached

 

The accrued 2.47 hours from the pay did not get added into the total.

When i look at his leave tab his total is now a negative of the adjusment amount plus the hours paid as a total negative. Photo attached

He should have a total of 38+2.47-11.95=28.52.

The 23.59hrs is 38-11.95-2.47=23.58

 

I am using the online STP and cant see where any of this linked

I cant find any information relating to the online STP
