Re: Unable to process first payroll for 2022/23

I am experiencing the same issue, unable to process first payroll for 2022-23.  The system tell me it has timed out.  How can I get this resolved?

    If you could please reply with the last 4-Digits of your serial number + the Company File ID this relates to, I'd be more than happy to assist with this. (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Company File ID:__?)

      Hi Sam_R,

       

      The last four digits of my serial number are 5810.

       

      Company file ID is 1
