supa has been returend but with no deatils, how do i find the information on what funds didnt go through?

why are supa payments showing up when they have already been paid?

- Your full name and email address
- Date and amount of the superannuation payment that was returned
AFTER 1 HOUR ON HOLD - TECHINICAN HUNG UP
TODAY 1.5 HOURS ON HOLD AND YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT DONT KNOW THE ANSWER AS THEY ARE NOT TRAINED IN SUPA.
