Super Pay still Processing after 2 months

Hi,

 

There are payments from 01/01/2023 and 31/03/2023 with a status "Processing Payment". 

Could someone please help?

 

I have tried to call a few times and waited for more than 45 minutes before hanging up.

    I understand that these payments are important as these are Super Accounts for your employees. I would love to check on these for you. 

     

    Please send me a private message containing the following:

    • Serial number 
    • Full name and email address
    • Company name
