Thank you for your post.
AccountRight does not take into account the age of an employee when calculating super, so it will work the same as any other employee in your software as long as there isn't a threshold in place that would stop the super from calculating under a certain amount, and with the $450 threshold being removed from July 1st, your employee should calculate super accordingly when working 30 or more hours a week.
