Super payment
I have processed a super payment yesterday but my bank account has not been debited yet. Status in manage payments shows "processing payment".
I have tried phoning MYOB yesterday and this morning but have been on hold for more than 50 minutes each time and then get disconnected. When I finally got through to someone, have left message for a call back as apparently your system is down but still have not received an answer as yet.
is there a problem with MYOB and do I have to wait for payment status to change or am I able to correct it?
