Superannuation Payment Not Processing

Hi 

 

The January Superannuation payment was processed & authorised on 15th Feb in our file.  The status is  showing as "Processing Payment" in screen.  I phoned MYOB help last week and was told it should be resolved within 5 days.  Status still remains the same with nil debit from our bank account as yet by Superann Clearing house.

 

Please advise on steps to take.

    Thank you for your post. The Pay Superannuation service has been temporarily disabled while our teams deal with a duplication error with payment. 

     

    While we do understand that some users would like to process their superannuation and have through to the superannuation funds as soon as possible, our primary focus is on dealing with the duplication payments. Enabling that service at this time, may compound the problem and further prevent funds from returning to individuals.

     

    We do hope to have that service enabled later this week so that those payments can be made. We will have more information available for users once that service has been re-enabled.

      Hi Melisa,

       

      Can you please update me on the processing of superannuation payments?  

      Our payment has not been debited as yet.

        Thanks for your post. As the service has been re-enabled our teams are monitoring so that these payments are processed as soon as possible, has the status been updated today ?

      Out last payment is still showing as "Processing Payment".  This was lodged on 01/03/2022.  Please convey a resolution to this issue or a means whereby we can clear the payments by other means.  Leaving your subcription paying users on hold for hours on end is not a solution!!

        Can I please confirm if the money has been taken out for these payments ? If not, for super payments that are still showing as Processing payment you will need to check the following:

        • the Super fund name entered into your software matches what is on the ATO Super fund look up page: superfundlookup.gov.au 
        • the employee is registered for the correct fund as some funds share the same USI. 

         

        Once you have made any required changes you will need to reverse and reprocess the payments.
