Supperannuation contribution

Sperannuation contribution is not being picked up while processing payroll from 27/7/22, suddenly stopped showing in payslips

    HI Permathene 


    Please go to Payroll Categories>>Superannuation>>Superannuation Guarantee and check if the employee is still linked to this category as accrual can be dropped off from the payroll category if the employee is accidentally unticked? If yes, please open the super fund for this employee and ensure "Pay Super using AccountRight" is ticked.

    Please go to Payroll Categories>>Superannuation>>Superannuation Guarantee and check if the employee is still linked to this category as accrual can be dropped off from the payroll category if the employee is accidentally unticked? If yes, please open the super fund for this employee and ensure "Pay Super using AccountRight" is ticked.
