Wrong Super Fund, Right Member Number

I have just switched over to using AccountRight to process Super, and accidentally got one of the employees Super funds wrong, however got his member number correct.

How do I rectify this?

I have processed two super payments to the wrong fund, and although they have left our account, they have not landed in his super (obviously as I have put down the wrong fund). How do I fix this?

    Hi Crystalbrook,

     

    Usually, when this occurs the fund will refund this contribution back to your account, however, there are other times when clients will need to contact the fund to have this returned - it really depends on the fund. 

     

    If you could send me a private message with your serial number + business name I can look into this for you and see if there is any information that can assist you.
