duplicated non existing card

Dear All,

 

Please help me to fix two STP reports for one staff in the system, but we have only one card in MYOB. The first transaction is on both cards, so my STP report is not matching for FY.

 

Please get back urgently. I can send the details. 

 

I cannot send the update report, maybe this is the reason.

    Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum. 

     

    If there is only one employee card within the file, the figures in STP reports should only show for one employee. In this case, kindly check if there's any inactive card file within the system. Also, please attach a screenshot of the STP reports. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
